The property is in Penryn... a small quaint town between Auburn and
Sacramento. The private secluded property provides a opportunity to get
away while its central location provides the opportunity for day trips to Lake
Tahoe (1 1/2 hour drive) Napa and the wine country (1 1/2 hour drive) and
San Francisco (2 hour drive.)

We are opening up with very reasonable pricing to the first groups booking!

Week Nights: $350/night
Week Ends: $450/night
Includes first 7 people
Each person over 7: $25/night

Weekly Rates include a 10% Discount

Cleaning Fee is based on length of stay.

Security/Cleaning Deposit varies based on the size of the group and type of
event.
